This guide is based on the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010. It outlines how to classify Support Service Employees (such as receptionists, secretaries and dental assistants) who work in Medical Centres and Dental Practices.

These pay tables are based on the Pay Guide released by the Fair Work Ombudsman in late June 2019 and effective from 1 July 2019.
